Our Web Document Hosting (powered by docHQTM) is an inexpensive and secure alternative to your in-house document hosting and sharing services. There is no need to invest in a document management application, servers, support and IT staff to host and share your documents online.
DocHQ is an enhanced Application Service Provider (ASP) model. It stores your electronic files as well as scanned paper records securely in our repository servers.
We accept data and images via various media and technologies: CD, DVD, external drives, FTP, and VPN or directly through our upload engine that routes files sent via fax and FTP using predefined business rules.
Each customer can have various applications (Human Resources, Account Payables, Part List Generation and Tracking, Explanation Of Benefits “EOBs” Tracking etc..) hosted and accessed via the same site or unique log-ins. Administrative, user and access controls can be defined as required.
We proud ourselves to call docHQ the green zone of the document hosting business by using all the technologies that address the security of your documents. All access to our web servers and database servers located in the DMZ portion of our network are firewall protected and the users are authenticated over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate. We will work with you in performing third party company intrusion tests and audits as needed.
